| The Type One House
is designed for those lots with heavily wooded back yards.
The living room is located at the back of the house, and opens
onto a back porch. Two large bedrooms share access to the
front porch and an open kitchen is situated in between the
bedrooms and living room. A walk-out master bedroom may be
added to the first floor if the slope of the lot is great
enough. If not, the master suite will be located on the second
floor. As in all Forest Lakes cottages, the secondary entrance
is located on the side of the house off of the designated
parking area. |
