| The Type Three House
takes advantage of the corner lots located throughout Forest
Lakes. The main floor features a master suite and an open living/kitchen
area that opens onto the front porch. The second floor contains
a second master bedroom, guest bedroom and a home office. A
bonus tower room may be added with this house design. As in
all Forest Lakes cottages, the secondary entrance is located
on the side of the house off of the designated parking area.
